CIE Information Communication Technology syllabus (417) encourages learners to develop lifelong skills, which will be useful to them in their work across the curriculum and prepare them for future employment. IGCSE ICT Syllabus

IGCSE ICT Assessment
Assessment of the practical tests is hardware and software independent. Any hardware platform, operating system, and applications packages can be used, providing that learners have the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of skills in the syllabus.

- Simply read the textbooks over a few times and practice LOTS of questions and review them. The ICT theory aspect is a really funny one as sometimes you write answers that seem good but you see a different thing when you check the mark guide. Be prepared to read and review lots of answer booklets.
